How to Achieve High Energy Level

1. Body Exercises - high-leverage activities and of high importance that most of us don't do consistently because it isn't urgent. A good exercise program is one that anybody can do at any time, any place and one that will build your body in three areas: endurance, flexibility, and strength:
  • Endurance - aerobic exercises: rapid walking, running/jogging, biking, swimming, and skiing.
  • Flexibility - stretching (release stress and unwind tense muscles): stretching helps the body to throw out toxins by increasing oxygenation and stimulating lymphatic drainage.
  • Strength - muscle building: push-ups, pull-ups, and sit-ups, and weight lifting.

2. Deep Breathing - is the way we pull in oxygen and circulate it around the body to "feed" each and every cell; it also the way we send out carbon dioxide and waste products/toxins, "cleaning out" each and every cell. Deep breathing à stimulate the flow of the lymphatic system as our body's drainage system, so it's good for:
  • Improving your moods.
  • Increasing your resistance to colds and illness.
  • Fostering better sleep.
  • Helping you resist aging.
  • It feeds the brain, calm nerves, lowering heart rate and metabolic rate, normalizing blood pressure, and decreasing the risks of cardiovascular disease.

3. Balance Diet - Let food be thy medicine (Hippocrates); Food Therapy:
  • Decrease synthetic intake, such as synthetic fats or Trans Fatty Acids(TFA): avoid processed foods, chemical additives, coloring and preservatives are potential carcinogens.
  • Increase good fats: fish or vegetable oils, non-saturated fats, low-fat dairy products or non full-fat meat.
  • Increase anti oxidants: fruit & vegetable, virgin olive oil, tea, red wine, and vitamins.
  • Increase quality protein: fish, nuts, mushrooms, eggs, and soy.
  • Increase neutral-natural foods: buy and cook fresh foods.
  • Increase water: vital for health.

4. Detoxification - Detoxing is a non-stop process. Our bodies are undergoing a constant process of cleaning out, getting rid of every molecule that has served its purpose as well as eliminating unwelcome toxins and metabolic waste:
  • Neutralizing.
  • Transformation.
  • Elimination.

Our body has its own way of detoxing:
  • The lymphatic system (the body's trash collection system/drainage).
  • The urinary system(kidneys: filter the blood and produce urine, and control the body's acidity and water level).
  • The respiratory system (exchange of gases to remove waste products of respiration: air-borne pollutants).
  • The skins (its sweat remove toxins and other waste products from our body).
  • The gastrointestinal (breakdown and absorb food and water, and carry away the waste products of digestion and liver metabolism-clearing the blood from poisonous substances i.e.: alcohol to pesticides).

4. Relaxation - "30 minutess everyday of a quiet time for your self." - Mind Rest, changing your brainwave into alpha state.
