Emotional Intelligence is the ability to motivate yourself, manage frustrations, handle feelings and emotions, rearrange moods, and handle stress. Emotional Intelligence covers self awareness and self control, perseverance, desire and self motivation, emphatic and social skill.
Signs of emotional intelligence:
- Character and integrity.
- Self discipline.
- Altruism (unselfish).
- Compassion.
- Leadership.
- Warm and large social network.
Intelligence vs Awareness
Release Technique:
- Sit down in relax state and close your eyes.
- Do RELAXATION and get into your PEACEFUL PLACE.
- Imagine blowing a balloon, put negative things one by one into the balloon, look - let it go - see it fly away. Repeat the process until all your problems go away with the balloons.
- Use your EMOTION when you visualize the flying balloons.
- Count from 1 to 5 - take a deep breath, open your eyes.
