Promote the Team

No, this article isn't about promoting a football team. But, it IS about promoting a team that's just as effective as a football team - The Follow our Lead Team (FOL).

By definition a team is a co-operative unit. Well okay, it is actually MORE than that, but you get the idea. A Team is a group of people who work together for the betterment of something. In this case, what we want to talk about is your betterment and our betterment – since WE (FOL and YOU) are the TEAM.

"Wait a minute" you're thinking, "I DO promote the Team. When I contact people, I tell them I am a member of the FOL Team and what we do, and what products we offer. I tell them we support them and what great businesses we have for them." Ahhh yes! That is promotion.

However, the actual focus of the FOL Team is something that is far more unique and valuable than an assortment of businesses, or the fact that we support one another.

The key of FOL and THE thing to be promoting about FOL is this: FOL is without a doubt the most unique online marketing group in the history of the Internet, and in the history of online marketing. Why? It provides information and support TO ANYONE, whether they join the FOL team or not.

Combine that with EVERYONE on the Team participating in helping others who even just come for a visit, you have an entity in marketing that NO ONE else has ever seen.

Yes we promote four businesses, yes we would like new members and to build a downline, and yes we would want our prospects to enroll other prospects and have duplication. Yes we have methods that are easy to follow, easy to do and easy to duplicate – by anyone. BUT – that is not our main reason for being online and marketing.

Our main reason for being online is the driving desire to give back to the Internet community what we have received from it. To help others help themselves in starting and growing an online business. AND WE DO THIS FREE.

And we continue to do this after the new member has been with us for 30 days. We don't turn people away, and we don't leave them hanging. We don't promise them things we do not and cannot deliver on either.

How many times have you heard about this kind of thing happening online? About powerlines that aren't? About people joining an MLM because a recruiter sold them on the benefits of XXX juice (or just pick a product) – and then left them in the dust. These are the tales of online marketing that give online marketers a really BAD name.

FOL is the antithesis of all that is bad in an online marketing scam, and we need to be promoting this up front and personal. We need people to understand that FOL IS a true team that works together for the good of not only the TEAM and its members, but for others who want to join us. We are not in online marketing to scam anyone or mislead them. We want them to succeed.

Easy to say right? Yes it is easy to say, but we back our words up with action. And that is what makes us different and worth promoting as an online opportunity. Never forget that we are here for others, not for ourselves. We have spirit, integrity, grit, awareness, knowledge and the desire to share these things with others.

We are a TEAM and by following our lead, you WILL succeed, and so will the members of YOUR team
