Follow Our Lead Marketing (FOL)

By the time you have gotten this far in your lessons, you will have a really good idea of how FOL works. Or if not, then this is the lesson that will give you the information you need to know.

FOL is a team of online marketers who have successfully build businesses online. In a nutshell, they know what they are doing. They have participated in other businesses, some more than one business – but have all come together under one umbrella as a team to effect change. Change that needs to happen in the online marketing community.

For too long those that marketed kept their secrets to themselves, not sharing their successes. For too long people who wanted to be in online marketing were led down the proverbial road and wound up sadder and wiser about unscrupulous marketers.

They met recruiters who pulled the wool over their eyes, spun them tales about powerlines, about how they didn't have to do anything and wealth would fall from the skies.

Well guess what? Nothing fell from the skies, except if you want to take a leaf out of Chicken Little's squawk – the sky is falling. And so it was that marketers started to get a bad name, to be regarded as people to avoid. Even if they had scruples and were honest and upright, they got tarred with the same brush as others

Some marketers also found out the hard way that the people they were in business with were not what they seemed to be. The consequences of that discovery were hard, hurtful and costly. A well known and respected marketer who had the charisma, know how and drive to create a dynamic and profitable online business was one of the losers in the downsizing of what was once a vast online marketing entity.
